By joining the early access waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from Okae regarding product updates, launch information, and exclusive offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout and may be subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location. Okae is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@getokae.com and we will resolve it promptly. As a consumable health supplement, we are unable to accept returns on opened products.
